Brooklyn Shareholders Forum

The HDFC Brooklyn Shareholders’ Forum is a collective of limited- equity, HDFC housing cooperative shareholders. We, the Forum members, are committed to the original intent that HDFC co-ops are a means of permanently affordable housing for low and modest-income New Yorkers. We are organized to provide  mutual support for shareholders and to promote structural changes needed to achieve our goals. Our aim is cultivate a self-sufficient and sustainable HDFC community.

This meeting will have a special focus on organizing the BK Forum's opinions on a regulatory agreement, discuss strategies for communicating with HPD about the real needs of HDFCs, and do a short group activity about what is working and needs fixing in our HDFCs and how UHAB can help

This Forum is facilitaed by Kyla Alterman of Member Services. Please RSVP with your name, address, phone, and email at or calling at 212 479 3337.
