 1520 Sedgwick the official birth place of Hip Hop

We are working to ensure the preservation of this important building as home to hundreds of low-income residents. BSR Management, the owner of Sedgwick, has notified tenants that they plan to "buy-out" of the Mitchell-Lama affordability program in February of 2008. The planned buyer is a private-equity investor known for flipping buildings to make large profits.
