Services for UHAB Member Buildings

UHAB member services provide HDFC and TIL buildings access to cost saving programs and news updates designed to help buildings run smoothly and at the lowest possible cost. For example:

• Member buildings save significant amounts of money on some of their major expenses - insurance, fuel, and more - through our different plans and buying clubs.
• Member buildings have access to a useful newsletter, seminars, and a help line.
• Member buildings get access to free services like apartment listings and building websites through www.uhab.coop
• Member buildings get access to various customized services like bookkeeping.

In addition to the benefits that buildings receive, building membership helps UHAB work with building leaders to strengthen the entire HDFC community.
