Your building is eligible for free lighting upgrades!

Con Edison's multifamily program provides free lighting upgrades in-unit to all multifamily buildings in New York City. LED bulbs have a warm, pleasant glow, and use as little as half as much energy as traditional bulbs. Con Edison will pay for free LED bulbs in the apartments of your HDFC, and will cover up to 70% of the project cost of upgrading lighting in common areas such as stairwells laundry rooms.
