Intro to Limited Equity Co-ops

This workshop is for people looking to buy into an affordable, and limited-equity, «HDFC» co-op. We will walk through the HDFC co-op model and how to apply to purchase in a co-op being helped by UHAB or a building which is listing through HPD’s «lottery» system.  (View apartments for UHAB-assisted opportunities here.)  This workshop is co-hosted with Bed-Stuy Restoration Corp.
