Complying with Local Law 97: New Energy Codes
This class will discuss Local Law 97, which passed last year as part of the Climate Mobilization Act. The law has big implications for HDFC co-ops. Some HDFCs will need to drastically cut their carbon emissions through upgrades to their heating systems, insulation, or other energy conservation measures as soon as 2024.
