211 West 147 Street

211 W 147th St. HDFC is a 12-unit building located on 147th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. and Frederick Douglas Blvd. in Harlem. The building was renovated to meet the requirements of the City’s Affordable Neighborhood Cooperative Program.
