544 E 13 St. HDFC

544 E 13th St. HDFC is a 14-unit building located on 13th Street between Avenue A and Avenue B in the East Village, Manhattan. It was renovated in 2017 through the Inclusionary Zoning program with new heating, plumbing, electrical systems, bathrooms and kitchens. The building has an elevator. The renovation also includes “passive-house” energy efficiency features with highly insulated interiors and triple glazed windows.
