We are proud to share that UHAB has been selected by New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) to help lead the first Risk Reduction & Insurance Affordability Pilot Program in the nation.
As one of only two organizations chosen statewide to be a part of this groundbreaking initiative, UHAB will work to help nonprofit affordable housing providers reduce insurance costs and protect long-term affordability for residents across New York.
We are grateful to HCR for taking this important step toward giving New Yorkers the tools they need to reduce risk, stabilize operations, and keep homes affordable.
